Either walk the trail or drive along the park road for some spectacular views of the front range and photograph the local bison herd.

Daniel's Park is a small park in Douglas County that offers unparalleled views of the front range. There is a small walking trail that follows the road if you choose to go on foot, or you can stay in the car and drive the length of Daniel's Park Road. There is a bison herd that calls Daniels Park home were you can take photographs of them or just admire them from the fence. I would plan only 30 minutes to an hour in this area, depending on whether you're walking or driving. This is also a great place to spend sunset for some great photographs of the mountains.
