Twenty minutes to a beautiful turquoise lake, followed by a summit with unreal 360 views!

Drive to the top of Ophir Pass, where you will be greeted with plenty of parking and a metal sign covered in stickers. The trail starts here. For most of the way up to the lake, the dug out path in the rocks is obvious, but you may find yourself scrambling the final stretch if you get off track. After anywhere between fifteen and thirty minutes, you will top out at the crystal lake! It looks especially nice when the sun is out and the water is sparkling, and the critters are running around.

After enjoying this feature, start heading up the ridge that is to looker's right. There is a faint game trail heading up this way. At a point, it steepens up a bit and may require you to use your hands. This section takes about forty five minutes. Then you will reach the several "summit blocks", that all offer perfect pictures and picturesque views.

Return back down the same way, and enjoy!
