Description

Running the seawall at sunset is a true west coast experience - with no elevation gain, it is a fairly easy run for the distance, and there is plenty to distract you from the pain!

Start at either end of Stanley Park, running directly along the pacific ocean on the seawall path. I prefer to run from Coal Harbour to south towards English Bay - a better view, and you can stop at sunset beach for a post-run drink!

Run the Stanley Park Seawall Reviews

Not very busy and beautiful weather

Didn’t run it, but rented bikes and rode the sea wall, Stanley park is beautiful, the sea wall possibly being the best part. Make sure you check out the newest addition, the washed up barge !

I didn't have the chance to run the sea wall but also a beautiful place to bike around! Great activity any time of the year. Lots of views all the way around

Did not run the whole way, but this park is amazing. Lots of stacked rocks along the ocean

I really liked this and would definitely bike it if I cam back here. We spent the day jogging and exploring the park. You can also buy tickets for the little cart that takes people around the park, if there are specific places you want to visit. Ended up buying a dreamcatcher.

I didn’t run around, instead of that I was cycling and it’s a very biking path. Amazing place with a beautiful rainforest and amazing geology in every single corner!
