Enjoy a relaxing park in the heart of the city by the bay.

If you’re ever in San Francisco, you’ll definitely want to spend a bit of time in Alamo Square gazing at these stellar examples of San Francisco history.

This is a beautiful and popular green space, where you have uninterrupted views of the iconic Painted Ladies.  The Painted Ladies are row of 6 Victorian homes, and are a frequent stop on San Francisco tour bus routes.

They’re colorfully adorned, and if you appreciate architecture, they are a spectacular example of that period’s design.

Alamo Square is also a fabulous place to bring a picnic lunch and spend a sunny summer day!

Location: 710–720 Steiner Street, San Francisco, CA

Alamo Park Square Park Reviews

Great place to relax in the middle of San Francisco with views of the Painted Ladies. Grab a coffee at The Mill on Divisadero and head on up!

It's a famous place for pictures, but don't know if I'd go to SF just for this. It's a nice spot to hang out after getting food

The overall area is the most iconic, picturesque and famous part of the city. Really enjoyed the walk and also the drive in this area

A very famous and beautiful part of SF for pictures and hanging out

This is another great place in SF to get iconic photos of the city. It's also a great place for picnics and hanging out with friends.
