A beautiful lake and a great (dark!) place wonderful to take night photos! The only draw back is a crazy amount of people during the day and sometimes difficulty camping in the area.

One of my favorite hikes ever, and certainly my favorite in Glacier!

This is a great park of Glacier! Views, hikes, and dramatic weather rolling across the lake - an amazing spot!

Amazing views and easy to get to!

Good place to explore the creek if you don't want to go to far from amenities etc.

A must do hike for any Utahn or anyone visiting! Quick, easy and accessible to families! Bring a camera, the lake is spectacular!

A great area to explore with wild flowers covering the basin in the summertime - phenomenal place to sit and chill!

Beautiful mountain lake on a well marked trail. Often busy in summer, my favorite times are in the early spring when skinning or snowshoeing are a good way to access the lake!

A nice moderate hike to one of the Wasatch Mountains more known waterfalls. Well worth the hike.

I'm slightly obsessed with waterfalls, and Lisa Falls is one of my favorites - a short, easy hike to a unique granite waterfall, where the water elegantly falls down the smooth rock surface!

Beautiful all year round, but especially in the winter when it becomes an ice falls!

A fun place to snowshoe and Nordic ski in the winter, great family hiking spot in the summer, and a phenomenal place to see the fall colors!!

The fall colors are sublime! The Milky Way photography is also excellent! An incredible area to explore!

A great place to hike and explore during the day and then to watch the stars at night!

There are so many incredible places to photograph the Great Salt Lake, with each of these changing dramatically with the seasons!

An altogether good vantage point to take photos of the Great Salt Lake - including the stump!

Amazing views of one of the worlds largest mines, and spectacular views of SLC!

One of the most magical places in the Wasatch!

A beautiful area that seems so incredibly different to the other areas of Yellowstone - worth taking some time to explore!

An iconic place that is a must see in Yellowstone. Can get a bit busy, by at either early in the morning or later at night the area is even more spectacular!! And with less people!

Dark skies combined with incredible scenery, Yellowstone is a great place for astrophotography! Make sure to be vigilant about local wildlife, especially in the quieter park times of the year!

A great fun, short hike - well worth taking into account that temperatures can rise dramatically, so carrying ample water is a must! As is sunscreen!

There's something very relaxing about watching the paint pots - a unique part of Yellowstone's that's well worth the short hike!

An iconic point in Africa! The natural meeting of the Indian and Atlantic oceans makes this area spectacular!
