I love it here! Went last year for my birthday with a friend, and will be going again this year, for longer this time. The road to get in is rough, but not as treacherous as they make it seem, at least compared to other back roads I have been on, but high clearance vehicle certainly doesn't hurt. The hike in from the trail head is easy and mostly flat. There are gorgeous spaces to camp at the springs, and its really quite and chill. Its great that they only allow 20 people a day, but from what I've heard, most of the time not everyone shows up, so its usually less. When we went, there were maybe 12 people camping, and the pools were never crowded. Got them to ourselves a few times. Its a bit of a pain to get a reservation, and you have to call way in advanced, because the reservations fill up fast, especially on the weekends.
